For how long will I have access to the course? +

Access to the course is unlimited, so you can watch the lessons as many times as you want, whenever you want.

What equipment do I need at home? +

No, you don't need any equipment, just a small area and optionally a yoga-mat, yoga-blocks maybe a pillow! No shoes for sure!

About Me

Hi, I am Anna

Dance has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began in professional rhythmic gymnastics and ballroom dancing before expanding into street styles, contemporary, and heels. Over the years, I have trained internationally, taught masterclasses and workshops, performed on stage, choreographed for commercial projects, competitions, and film, and continued to explore movement through many different disciplines.

Teaching has become one of the most meaningful parts of my career. I am deeply passionate about creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to understand their bodies. I approach every class with curiosity, care, and a strong sense of responsibility, always striving to offer thoughtful, high-quality guidance that people can trust.

MY MINDSET

I am constantly learning, questioning and refining my approach because I believe good teaching is not about having all the answers - it is about staying curious and sharing knowledge with honesty, care and integrity.

MY APPROACH

Alongside my love for dance, I have always been fascinated by the human body.

I find it incredible what our bodies are capable of when we understand them and train them with intention. The way strength can be built, mobility can be improved, balance can be developed and movement can become more efficient through consistent, thoughtful training has always fascinated me. To me, the body is endlessly adaptable and I love helping people discover just how much they are capable of.

That curiosity naturally led me to the world of physical preparation.

The more I learned, the more I noticed a gap between dance training and the way dancers prepare their bodies. We spend countless hours refining technique, artistry, musicality and performance, yet many of us are never taught how to build the strength, mobility, stability and body awareness that allow us to dance better and keep dancing for longer.

Today my work is centred around bridging that gap.

Through my classes and training programs I combine strength, mobility, stability and conditioning to help dancers build healthier, more resilient bodies. My goal is not simply to help people become stronger or more flexible but to help them move with greater freedom, confidence and longevity while developing a deeper understanding of their own bodies.

MY WHY

I created this platform because I believe dancers deserve physical preparation that is just as thoughtful as their dance training. I hope that through my teaching, you will not only become a stronger mover but also develop a greater appreciation for everything your body is capable of.
