This is a full length technique training combo with 13 follow along technique classes!
The bundle includes:
- 5 technique classes on balance
- 4 classes on flexibility
- 4 classes on strength
This follow-along styled training is meant to condition, strengthen and prepare your body for dancing as well as
help prevent injuries.
In the classes we focus on learning the proper ways to engage muscles, building a good
posture, finding control & balance and all of that is complimented by detailed cues and explanations from me
