This follow-along styled training is meant to condition, strengthen and prepare your body for dancing as well as
help prevent injuries. In the classes we focus on learning the proper ways to engage muscles, building a good
posture, finding control & balance and all of that is complimented by detailed cues and explanations from me
:)
The class consists of:
- A warm-up
- Footwork: ankle mobility & strength
- Strength exercises (for main muscle groups: abs, back, glutes, quads, arms)
- Overall mobility & stretching
- Balancing drills
Essential info & details
- One technique class per week uploaded every Tuesday
- Live class: every July Tuesday at 10:00 - 11:15 (CET) in ZOOM
- All classes are RECORDED and available in a Drive folder right after the class and during the month of training & one month after (even if you didn't join the live class)!
- Price: 15€ for one class and 55€ for the whole month (5 classes in total)
