This is a Heels Intensive where we’ll dive into:

• Body conditioning specifically for heels dancers
• Learning a technical routine (exercise) to music
• Learning a choreography in heels

📆Date: November 7th and 8th
🕡 Time: 18:00 – 21:00
📍Location: Belcampo loft Amsterdam, Hannie Dankbaarpassage 10
⏳ Duration: two 3-hour session (6 hours in total)
💸 Price: Early bird €135 (15 spots), Regular €150
