In this 2-class course we will be working on general mobility and stretching- opening up the hips, back and shoulders!
This time there is a little extra: an opportunity to train with me one-on-one in a private session!

This time there is a little extra: an opportunity to train with me one-on-one in a private session!
Essential info & details for the general classes:
- Live classes: 10th and 17th of January (Saturdays) at 10:00 - 11:00 (CET) in ZOOM
- Both classes are RECORDED and available in a Drive folder right after the classes and during the month of training & one month after (even if you didn't join the live class)!
- Price: 30€ for the course (2 classes in total)
Essential info & details for the private sessions:
- Still both of the group classes (available in live & as a recording)
- 1 hour online private class (personal time we pick for you)
- Price: 80€ for the course (2 group classes and 1 private class)
This follow-along styled training is meant to condition, strengthen and prepare your body for dancing as well as help prevent injuries. In the classes we focus on learning the proper ways to engage muscles, building a good posture, finding control & balance and all of that is complimented by detailed cues and explanations from me :)
